CCMS is a highly sensitive UAE government ERP for managing judicial and legal operations, originally built on legacy Oracle Forms. The project focused on redesigning it into a modern, user-friendly interface while preserving its core logic and workflows. I contributed by deeply analyzing the system and leading a user-centered transformation.
a large-scale digital transformation initiative by the Sharjah Government, designed to streamline and deliver municipal services through both web and mobile platforms. The platform serves a diverse user base, including individuals, engineers, consultants, contractors, and even other government entities.
SMCMS is a CMS redesign for Sharjah Municipality that digitized the internal processing of municipal service requests, replacing manual workflows with a unified role-based platform.
