Design Process
I follow a user-centered, iterative process to ensure solutions are both functional and delightful. The five core stages are:
Empathize
- Conduct user interviews, surveys, and observations to deeply understand users’ needs and behaviors.
- Build empathy maps and personas to represent key user groups.
- Identify real-world challenges and user pain points.
Define
- Analyze research findings to frame the core problems users face.
- Craft clear problem statements and user journey maps.
- Prioritize key user needs and align them with business goals.
Ideate
- Brainstorm creative solutions to accomplish both the business goals and a user-centered design
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to explore multiple ideas.
- Filter ideas based on feasibility, user impact, and constraints.
Design
- Create wireframes, UI flows, and interactive prototypes
- Apply design principles for accessibility, responsiveness, and usability.
- Develop scalable design systems and UI components.
Test
- Conduct usability testing with real users and stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with developers and stakeholders during Agile sprints to ensure continuous feedback and iteration
- Participate in Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, demos, retrospectives) to align testing outcomes with product goals
- Iterate based on findings to ensure a user-friendly and goal-aligned solution.

CCMS (Judicial / Legal Services)
CCMS is a highly sensitive UAE government ERP for managing judicial and legal operations, originally built on legacy Oracle Forms. The project focused on redesigning it into a modern, user-friendly interface while preserving its core logic and workflows. I contributed by deeply analyzing the system and leading a user-centered transformation.
