- Led the end-to-end UX/UI design of the platform, including wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces across bilingual Arabic/English experiences with full RTL and LTR support.
- Redesigned a core service from 15 procedures to 4, reducing processing time from days to minutes and contributing to the platform earning top recognition under the Zero Bureaucracy initiative.
- Reduced task completion time from 5–10 minutes to under 2 minutes and reduced key actions from 5 clicks to 2, improving workflow clarity by 45%.
- Conducted 100+ stakeholder interviews and usability tests. Where direct access to end users was restricted, used empathy mapping and proxy feedback to inform design decisions.
- Designed the platform in line with UAE Government Brand Guidelines, incorporating TDRA accessibility requirements, color-contrast standards, usability principles, and UAE Pass integration.
- Designed and maintained the design system and component library, providing documentation and detailed design specifications for Agile development teams.
- Presented UX/UI design recommendations and product concepts to leadership and represented the platform at GITEX Global Dubai, including demonstrations of AI-powered capabilities.
